Overview

Our client based in Lisbon, Portugal is recruiting Bulgarian Speaking Content Moderators on behalf of their client who is one of the leading IT companies in the world.

Candidates should speak fluent Bulgarian and English.

As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of online content for millions of internet users. This critical role involves managing potentially sensitive content, monitoring global events, and logging cases that relate to Google and its products according to established policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining optimal quality and productivity levels: You will be accountable for ensuring that the content review process is efficient, accurate, and of high quality.
  2. Monitoring global events: You will need to stay up-to-date with global events, including growing media/PR scrutiny, dynamic controversial topics, and emerging regulatory issues.
  3. Logging cases: You will be responsible for logging cases that relate to Google and its products according to the established policy.
  4. Ensuring compliance: You will ensure that all content is reviewed and logged in accordance with established policies and guidelines.

To Succeed in this Role, You Will Need:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: You will need to be able to analyze complex content and make informed decisions about its quality and integrity.
  2. Attention to detail: You will need to be meticulous in your review of content to ensure accuracy and quality.
  3. Excellent communication skills: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently: You will need to be able to work independently and manage your own workload.
  5. Familiarity with the company policies and guidelines: You will need to have a solid understanding of the policies and guidelines related to content review.

Free accommodation is provided for the duration of the contract and flight reimbursed. These roles are initially for a 12-month contract.

Candidates must already have the work permission to work in Portugal, i.e., Portuguese work permit or EU passport. This role can only be done from the office in Portugal.
