Cross Border Talents is hiring on behalf of one of our clients-a leading BPO company with a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
Their vibrant office in Lisbon is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative fluent in French. If you have a passion for sales and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, we want to hear from you
Relocation assistance will be offered to the candidates moving from abroad or from the distance exceeding 100km away from Lisbon. Housing in a company-shared apartment is also offered.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in French-speaking markets.
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Residence permit for Portugal or a EU member state citizenship.
