About Portugal HomesPortugal Homes is a full-service real estate agency in Portugal for overseas clients. Services dedicated to real estate for purchase as a relocation home, retirement home, or as an investment property. Additional services such as Property Management, Furniture Support, and Tax Representation.

Profile & SkillsYou will be producing original written content based on a set SEO structure and guidelines; topics can vary from pure lifestyle, travel, real estate market, property management, and investment.
A high-level attention to detail and creativity is required, able to understand the topic and the target audience, able to conduct in-depth research that complements the SEO structure, and able to address a good tone of voice for the content work. Conduct research into the current headlines, see relevant news that can be applicable to the business for future article production.
We are seeking a copywriter/content writer who can easily adapt to the English Language (UK and US English) as all content produced will be only in English.
- Mandatory Technical Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, SEO
- Mandatory Requirement: Fluent in English (C2 English Level)
- + Plus Skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (Visual content production to be present in article features)
- General Skills: Writing, Editing, Reading, Proofreading
- General Qualities: Good Communication, Organized, Research & Analytical Mindset, Marketing Knowledge (plus, not mandatory)
- Responsible for following SEO Guidelines that fit best each topic to be written
- Follow the feedback from the SEO Manager and Content Manager
- Good time management for content production
- Produce original content (use of Chat GPT is forbidden, can be used for research purposes only)
- Produce Clear, Concise, and Compelling content
