We are seeking a mid‑level Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across technology teams focused on data, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent sprint execution, delivery transparency, and risk management. The ideal candidate has hands‑on Scrum experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, regulated environment with globally distributed teams.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Support Agile teams in delivering committed sprint objectives predictably and with quality Identify, track, and help remove delivery impediments and risks Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria Manage dependencies across engineering, data, automation, and business teams Track and report Agile delivery metrics, including velocity, burndown, and throughput Provide clear delivery status updates and elevate risks as needed Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams

Требования:

3–6 Years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role Experience supporting technology delivery teams in software, data, automation, or AI Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks Experience with Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and cross-team dependencies Comfortable operating in structured, regulated environments Proactive problem-solving skills Будет плюсом: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent), experience in financial services or other regulated environments, experience supporting globally distributed or offshore teams, exposure to automation platforms such as UiPath or AI-related initiatives
