Senior Developer & Tech Lead with expertise in Java & React

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with the defined architecture.
• Define and validate technical approaches, development standards and best practices.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.
• Support the team in resolving critical technical issues and removing technical blockers.
• Develop frontend components using React.js.
• Develop and integrate backend solutions using Java.
• Oversee and validate build, deployment and continuous integration processes.
• Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Support technical discussions related to deployment processes and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Java and React.js development.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and providing technical guidance.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, including build, testing and deployment.
• Experience with DevOps tools and continuous integration practices.
• Knowledge of API-first architectures and microservices.
• Ability to assess and discuss technical deployment topics, even without direct responsibility for execution.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and code quality standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to support teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
• Proactive approach to technical leadership and continuous improvement.
