Your responsibilities and impact as a Software Sales Expert will be:
  1. Contacting new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat
  2. Identifying new business opportunities
  3. Improve client's experience by providing support with product adoption
  4. Provide pre-and after-sales support
  5. Become an expert on advertising on the platform
  6. Manage a portfolio with responsibility for growing revenue
  7. Customer Service: be ready to help and support your clients at any time and share product knowledge
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  1. You have a native level of French and a fluent level of English (at least B2-C1)
  2. You have previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (2 years)
  3. You have very good communication skills
  4. You have knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems
  5. You have a proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients
  6. You have strong attention to details and follow-up skills
  7. You have a drive for excellence and professionalism
What's in it for you?
  1. Type of contract: a long-fixed term contract, renewable every year
  2. 30 days of probation period before signing the contract
  3. Working hours: Mon-Fri (7 AM - 5 PM)
  4. Salary conditions*, 2 options:
  5. Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
  6. Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
  7. *Approx. 20-25% tax – please refer to living costs in Lisbon for comparison with other EU countries' wages
  8. *Compensation during training period if successful (15 days): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
  9. Private health insurance from the beginning of the contract (additionally to standard insurance)
  10. Relocation support for international candidates: Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU). Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival.
