2WORK is currently recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a proactive, highly organized Logistics & Quotes Assistant to join their team.

We are a dynamic team that values collaboration, reliability, and a positive working environment. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our daily operations, take initiative, and contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and revise detailed commercial quotations and price estimates in English.
• Follow up on client inquiries regarding quotation status, pricing details, and order revisions.
• Coordinate domestic and international transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare shipping documentation, export invoices, and dispatch notes.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Full fluency in English, both written and spoken, as it is essential for daily operations.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
