Resumo / Visão geral:

Procuramos um/uma Mechanical Design Engineer (Forging/Stamping Tooling) para integrar projeto num cliente nosso.

Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

  • Capacidade para efetuar testes de produtos e analisar falhas.
  • Capaz de determinar a viabilidade do produto.
  • Analisa esboços de engenharia, especificações e dados e desenhos relacionados para determinar fatores de conceção como o tamanho, a forma e a disposição das peças.
  • Interage com a produção e as vendas para garantir que os objetivos do produto e a capacidade de produção são alcançados.
  • Desenha o esquema geral da maquinação e calcula ângulos, pesos, áreas de superfície, dimensões, raios, folgas, tolerâncias, alavancas e localização de caraterísticas.
  • Calcula a magnitude, a direção e o ponto de aplicação da força de tensão, compressão e flexão e desenvolve a forma geométrica das peças para acomodar as cargas operacionais.
  • Elabora desenhos detalhados de várias vistas de peças e subconjuntos, incluindo especificações de relações de transmissão, cargas de rolamentos e direção e interação de peças móveis.
  • Modifica a conceção de peças para corrigir deficiências funcionais ou para reduzir problemas de produção.
  • Mede a máquina e as peças antes do início da produção para garantir a conformidade com as especificações do projeto.
  • Utiliza equipamento e software de conceção/elaboração assistida por computador para desenvolver projetos.
  • Capacidade para coordenar e dirigir reuniões e revisões de projetos.
  • Capacidade para conceber e pormenorizar desenhos de fabrico, desde o conceito até aos produtos acabados.
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com fornecedores na resolução de problemas de produção ou no desenvolvimento de novos produtos.
  • Capacidade de comunicar e prestar assistência a clientes, engenheiros e representantes de vendas externos relativamente a problemas técnicos ou ao desenvolvimento de novos produtos.
  • Capacidade de efetuar apresentações a clientes internos e externos.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Educação: Eng. Mecânica (preferencial, embora não essencial se o candidato demonstrar elevada experiência e conhecimento técnico em forjamento e/ou estampagem)
  • Experiência: Mínimo 2 anos, idealmente um perfil sénior
  • Idiomas: Português (preferencial), caso contrário Inglês
  • Stack Tech: Conhecimentos em Solidworks, Autodesk Fusion, QForm simulation, ou similares
