We are looking for an ITSM Expert with expertise in EASYVISTAResponsibilities:
  1. Defining and implementing technical and business requirements to implement EASYVISTA platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, IRM, App Engine).
  2. Acting as a lead across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery.
  3. Overseeing application and workflow configuration.
  4. Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components.
  5. Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance.
  6. Working closely with EASYVISTA technical teams.
  7. Experience with the ITSM and GRC modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Compliance Management.
  8. Contributing to clients' business development.
  9. Supporting the team management.
Requirements:
  1. Academic education preferably in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields of study.
  2. At least 4 years of EASYVISTA technical experience.
  3. Proven experience with ITSM, App Engine, IRM modules in EASYVISTA.
  4. A strategic focused mind-set.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Good oral and written communication skills.
  7. Forward thinker and self-starter.
  8. Creative, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure.
  9. Project management skills: autonomy and proactivity, conducting analysis from beginning to end and structuring the final deliverable fulfilling demanding plans.
  10. Good level of English.
