URGENT HIRING Spanish speakersOperations Customer Expert
Location: Onsite Lisbon, Portugal
Project: Customer Support for Payment Solutions Project
Are you passionate about helping others and resolving inquiries? We are looking for a motivated, Spanish-speaking professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset to join our dynamic team in Lisbon.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher).
- Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
- Previous experience in Customer Service or technical support (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with performance targets and CRM systems.
- Available to work full-time in rotating shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Approx. €1,200 gross
- Full-time permanent contract
