You will design, secure, and optimize a global corporate network spanning hundreds of sites across dozens of countries, ensuring seamless connectivity and high availability for daily operations at scale. You will have a direct impact on network architecture decisions, infrastructure resilience, and the organization’s cloud connectivity strategy.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Design and deploy scalable Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and wireless systems across a large, geographically distributed environment.
Install, configure, and support enterprise-grade routers, firewalls, network switches, and wireless controllers.
Maintain network security through firewall management and the deployment of secure Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
Monitor network health using performance-tracking tools to proactively prevent latency, packet loss, and system outages.
Implement infrastructure upgrades, including hardware replacements, patch management, and scheduled system updates.
Formulate disaster recovery mechanisms, including failover systems, data backup strategies, and business continuity planning.
Manage and support virtual and hybrid cloud networking environments across AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Solid, production-proven experience in enterprise network engineering, with in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, dynamic routing protocols, Spanning Tree, and HSRP.
Hands-on expertise with enterprise networking hardware from providers such as Cisco Meraki, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, or Juniper.
Practical scripting capabilities using Python, Terraform, or Ansible to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks.
Experience with network monitoring systems such as SolarWinds, Cacti, or PRTG.
Strong working knowledge of core network services, including DHCP and IP address management (IPAM).
Familiarity with agile frameworks at scale (Scrum, Kanban) and experience supporting agile transformation.
Strong root-cause analysis skills for resolving high-pressure, business-critical outages.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain complex infrastructure topologies to non-technical stakeholders, and an autonomous, collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
