Mandatory: Proven experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001
We are looking for a Compliance & ISO Specialist to join an international organization operating in a regulated environment (Permanent Recruitment).
This role is suitable for professionals with hands‑on experience in regulated environments, coming from backgrounds such as compliance, quality, information security, governance or similar areas – not limited to IT‑only profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and prepare internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 17025
- Create, review and maintain policies, procedures and internal documentation
- Act as a point of contact with auditors and internal stakeholders
- Support teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of processes
- Promote a proactive compliance approach, anticipating risks and audit requirements
Requirements
- Around 3 years of experience in compliance, quality, audit or ISO‑related roles
- Proven hands‑on experience with:
- ISO 9001 – mandatory
- ISO 27001 – mandatory
- ISO 17025
- Experience using Confluence for documentation management
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable working with documentation, policies and written procedures
- Fluent Portuguese
- Advanced/Fluent English (company language and documentation)
