The company has 24 years of existence and works with some of the most relevant Telecom companies from Europe, Japan, United States, and Africa.

WIT is developing an innovative software product that leverages emerging concepts from Generative-AI and promotes the creation of innovative digital services for the Telecom industry. This product aims to reach millions of users across various geographies worldwide.

We're looking for Linguistics Specialists to join our team and help shape the next generation of virtual assistants, chatbots, and large language models (LLMs). This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about cutting-edge technologies and have the desire to help in the creation of software products for the global market.

As a Linguistics Specialist, you will work at the intersection of language and technology, optimizing AI-driven conversations and enhancing virtual assistants' ability to engage users naturally and effectively. Your expertise in linguistics, discourse analysis, and NLP will be key in fine-tuning prompts, refining model behavior, and improving interactions with virtual assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications.
2. Fine-tune large language models to improve accuracy, coherence, and user engagement.
3. Develop conversational flows and enhance dialogues across various industries.
4. Analyze AI-generated text for linguistic accuracy, tone, and contextual appropriateness.
5. Collaborate with product teams to improve virtual assistants' performance.
6. Apply linguistic principles to reduce bias, improve multilingual capabilities, and enhance personalization.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Linguistics, or a related field.
2. Experience in chatbot development, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning LLMs.
3. Strong understanding of syntax, semantics, discourse analysis, and pragmatics.
4. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, natural language processing (NLP) tools, and annotation methods.
5. Ability to work with diverse datasets and analyze conversational AI outputs.
6. Passion for AI-driven communication and human-computer interaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs.
2. Multilingual expertise or experience optimizing AI for different languages.
3. Knowledge of AI ethics, bias reduction, and responsible AI development.
