What You'll Do
- Deliver Great Support: Help streaming members via phone, email, or chat with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
- Solve Problems: Assist with account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Guide & Share: Share product and service features to keep users hooked on their favorite content.
Who We're Looking For
- Languages: Native or fluent in Castilian (Spanish) AND Basque, plus English (B1+).
- Mindset: Passionate about digital entertainment, tech-savvy, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working full-time on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (including weekends and holidays).

- Option A (With Private Room): €1,059.33 gross cash compensation/month + a private room in a modern,fully equipped company apartment (all utilities included for up to 14 months if relocating from >100 km away).
- Option B (Without Room): €1,262.33 gross cash compensation/month.
- Meal Allowance: €154/month delivered tax-free via a dedicated HR debit card for groceries and dining out.
- Day 1 Health Insurance: Complete medical coverage starting on your first day.
- Paid Professional Training: 2-week intensive English training program to set you up for success.
- Contract Security: 12-month contract with a clear path to permanent employment.
- Generous Vacation: 20–22 paid days off per year + Portuguese public holidays.
