KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

1. Lead end-to-end solution design and configuration across relevant Finance solutions, applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards.
2. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience.
3. Plan and personalize the customer journey to S/4 while maintaining global scalability and consistency.
4. Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
5. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes.
6. Drive innovations.
7. Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies.
8. Support escalated projects and take over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivered.

WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum five years consulting experience with SAP.
2. Experience with a minimum of five full cycle implementations of Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), at least one in Cloud.
3. Knowledge in data modeling and integration of PaPM with different sources.
4. Good understanding of management and tax accounting in different industries. Familiar with Transfer Pricing, Sustainability, BEPS II.
5. Nice to have skills: PCM, BW, SAC, A4O, Hana Cloud, BTP.
6. Has performed workshops with customers and led a team.
7. Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub-project leader.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. University degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Professional Trainings & Solution Certification. Certification in any of the SAP Finance solutions is an added advantage.
3. Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise.
5. Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and changes.
