Job Description
As an IT Recruiter at Acquism SARL, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing IT professionals in both contract and permanent positions across multiple EU countries. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and other platforms.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for various roles.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Coordination: Work closely with the recruitment team and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
- IT Knowledge: Understanding of the IT industry and relevant technologies.
- Experience: Previous experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Tools: Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Teams.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle pressure.
- Self-Employed: Must be self-employed/freelancer with the ability to work on a contract basis.
