Profession Computer Support Specialist City Lisbon Portugal
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Lisbon In this role you will provide technical support to our clients and assist them with troubleshooting and resolving computer issues This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone email or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware operating systems and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this entry-level position.
