We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team

What will you do in a day?

• Contact customers to obtain the necessary information for customs clearance.
• Ensure all documentation complies with EU customs regulations.
• Communicate clearly with customers about duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and customs clearance documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely clearance of shipments.

What do we expect from you?

• Intermediate level (B1) of English (written and spoken) – preferred
• Completion of secondary education (12th grade) – preferred
• Fluency in Portuguese
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Results-oriented
• Problem-solving skills
• Team spirit
• Working hours: 17:00–21:00, Monday to Friday
