The Role:
As a French Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content in French to ensure it adheres to community guidelines. You will play a crucial role in protecting the integrity of digital spaces by identifying inappropriate content, ensuring that online environments remain safe and welcoming. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate French-language content across multiple platforms to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
  • Identify, flag, and remove harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content swiftly to maintain a positive user experience.
  • Make consistent, fair, and timely decisions to ensure platform safety.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex content issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve internal processes, moderation guidelines, and overall efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A passion for maintaining safe digital spaces and protecting online communities.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar field is a plus but not essential – we'll provide all the training you need
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a keen ability to adapt to new challenges and changes.
