Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Care Advisor will be:

  1. Manage effectively all incoming queries in a customer service environment
  2. Respond to incoming calls and emails from enterprise clients
  3. Gather information from customers, ensure resolutions of queries, and troubleshoot technical issues
  4. Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone
  5. Provide high-quality service
  6. Record all required data elements in CRM to provide a good follow-up and qualitative support.
Requirements

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  1. EU Citizenship or valid work permit/ residency card mandatory
  2. You have the following language skills: native level of French + fluency in English
  3. You preferably have a previous experience of min. 6 months in Customer Service or Technical Support in a Call Centre is preferred
  4. Good technical skills and knowledge is preferable
  5. You have an interest in and willingness to learn
  6. You have very good communication skills – both written and oral
  7. You have the ability to operate in high pressure situations
  8. You are a team player, enthusiastic and self-starter
  9. You have analytic and problem-solving skills
  10. You are Customer and Quality oriented
  11. Long-term opportunity

What's in it for you?

  1. Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 8:30am to 7 pm
  2. A package in line with the market: 830€ gross / month x 14 months + up to 100€ / month performance bonus + up to 100€ / month performance bonus for sales + meal vouchers of 7.23€ / workday + reimbursement of some transportation cost + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)
  3. If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of initial flight ticket after 4 months within the company + 4 months of accommodation in shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
