Responsibilities

Portfolio Management
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the Corporate IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Key activities include: planning and prioritization, resource allocation, budget management, performance tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and implement processes and methodologies to improve project execution and portfolio management.
  • Work closely with the Corporate IT Leadership team to coordinate and prioritize projects within the portfolio, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficient execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, providing updates on project portfolio status, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across the project portfolio, ensuring potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, team members, and other departments to drive successful delivery of all initiatives under the Corporate IT portfolio, ensuring seamless alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Project Management
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Corporate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to effectively execute project objectives.
  • Lead key cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, communicate project status, and obtain necessary approvals in line with the project stage gates.
  • Support the Head of Project Portfolio Management in developing and implementing project management processes, standards, and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the project team and across the organization.
Further Key Responsibilities
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project and portfolio management, as well as in supply chain IT systems.
  • Ensure the quality of cooperation between one's own departments and other employees/company departments in an international perspective. Meeting organization, designating common aims, execution of tasks, delivering outcomes.
  • Active development of own professional competences. Train and mentor junior staff and less experienced employees when needed.
  • Performing other tasks delegated by the supervisor within the framework of the employment contract.
  • Compliance with the law, Autodoc Code of Conduct, pursuit of excellence and related corporation laws, ensuring confidentiality and data protection and attention to the company's image.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in portfolio and project management, stakeholder management and risk analysis.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in Corporate IT and Supply Chain environments, preferably within e-commerce.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • University Degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • High-performance mindset, motivated and goal oriented.
  • Strong ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to organizational changes, diversity, and unforeseen changes.
  • Great expertise in portfolio and program management.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a focus on driving efficiency and achieving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
  • Relevant certifications in the respective areas are welcome. Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Automotive industry.
