5h Part-Time Opportunity

What You'll Do:

  1. Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork;
  2. Verify that all customs documentation is correctly completed;
  3. Communicate with customers via email to resolve missing or unclear information;
  4. Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.

This is NOT a call center role.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Fluency in Italian (B2 level or higher) and a good level of English;
  2. A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude;
  3. Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills;
  4. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
  5. Eagerness to develop in a multicultural and multinational company;
