We are looking for an Application Integration Manager to join us in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to project managers and business stakeholders in the IT implementation of interfaces.
  2. Collect overall integration requirements and provide written functional and technical specifications, including non-functional requirements.
  3. Coordinate IT actors involved in the interface definition: architects, developers, experts, integrators, etc.
  4. Contribute to the design of the interfaces (file transfer, API, etc.) with the help of architects, data experts, and application experts.
  5. Define the target operating model of the interfaces.
  6. Coordinate and oversee delivery teams to ensure the implementation of integration solutions.
  7. Ensure end-to-end quality of the integration, define test cases, realize and validate tests, including functional requirements testing.
  8. Proactively manage risks (time, budget, scope, quality) and provide regular reports on activities status.
  9. Ensure a smooth transition to BAU once the integrations are deployed.
  10. Use JIRA for backlog management, project estimates, and agile project tracking.
  11. Raise alerts/incidents, share regular reports, and provide 1st level of support on integrations.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in IT integration with over 3 years of experience in REST API and Talend.
  • Proficiency with specification tools and mapping techniques.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for agile project management, including planning, tracking, and estimating.
  • Experience in worldwide projects.
