Your responsibilities and impact as a customer experience specialist will be:
In this role, you will be the point of contact with customers in advising, selling, troubleshooting and even setting up their new products.

  • Identify, reply and solve customer's requests via phone, email and chat.

  • Providing professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat and emails.

  • Troubleshooting any malfunctions in the digital services.

  • Correcting data such as GPS location, drivers data, scheduled maintenance, fuel consumption etc.

  • Guaranteeing clients' satisfaction and high level of quality.

  • Ensuring and participating in the success of the department.

  • You are a native Norwegian speaker with excellent English.
