Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
React Tech Lead (3 days/week - Lisboa, Porto or Coimbra)
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 2 years working extensively in React.
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of engineers (formally or as a tech lead).
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture: state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.), routing, performance optimization, and testing.
- Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
- Experience with AI
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to balance hands-on coding with people leadership.
- A track record of shipping production-quality software in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
