DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking an Onsite Project Moderator with idiomatic fluency in Portuguese to join our team for a new data collection project in Lisbon, Portugal. As our Onsite Moderator, you will be working out of our office in Lisbon, assisting and guiding participants for a new study involving an AI virtual assistant and ensuring the proper execution of study requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.

Role Summary

The Onsite Project Moderator's primary responsibilities include moderating user sessions and providing updates to other members of the production team, as well as very basic troubleshooting of data collection technology. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills who are diligent, detail-oriented, and can work independently.

Work Responsibilities
  1. Understand project provided documentation to assist participants
  2. Interact with participants and lead them through data collection projects
  3. Acknowledge and resolve participants' issues, escalate unsolved issues
  4. Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
  5. Use Client tools to label/tag data
  6. Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
  7. Communicate and coordinate with the project team
  8. Interact with various hardware & software
  9. Assist in preparing a presentation deck for client security clearance, which may include: site visits, taking photos, testing bandwidth and general security checks.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Available to work onsite in Lisbon, Portugal
  2. Idiomatic fluency in Portuguese
  3. Advanced English language skills
  4. Available for the duration of the project
  5. Strong technical skills, especially with iOS and MacOS
  6. Excellent oral communication skills (Ability to lead a conversation with ease on different casual topics)
  7. Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
  8. Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing scenarios
Preferred Work Requirements

Experience in moderation, facilitation or similar roles
