The course includes regular exams to ensure you're building the knowledge you need, and culminates with Supernumerary flights—your first taste of life in the skies—followed by your official Cabin Crew Wings. As a member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family, you'll be immersed in our culture from day one. The career opportunities are truly endless—you could become a Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspire to become our next Director of Inflight.

What Life as Cabin Crew Looks Like

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding, but it's also demanding. Safety is our number one priority, and you'll need to be prepared for early starts and late finishes. On the early roster, you'll report for duty as early as 5 AM. On the afternoon roster, you won't return home until midnight. If you're not a morning person, think twice before applying
