Operations & Finance

We are looking for a IT Operations / DevOps Engineer to join an international Agile & DevOps environment, ensuring the stability, deployment and continuous improvement of production and non-production environments.

  • Ensure Production and infrastructure requirements are considered throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of technical solutions and infrastructure requirements.
  • Facilitate application deployments and ensure the availability and stability of technical environments.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance and contribute to service supervision and observability.
  • Support development teams with production best practices and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and operational issues, identifying root causes and proposing action plans.
  • Contribute to automation, industrialization and continuous improvement of production processes.
  • Support security, resilience, backup and operational readiness activities.
  • Define and monitor relevant production KPIs and service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Application Production Support, Development and Infrastructure teams.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Production Support or DevOps.
  • Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of OpenShift and Helm.
  • Familiarity with the DevOps toolchain, such as GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory and SonarQube.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ElasticSearch, Grafana or Dynatrace.
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented, collaborative and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage projects, improve processes and define relevant performance indicators.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Hybrid position based in Lisbon.
  • This role offers a gross annual salary between 20.000€ to 45.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
  • Permanent contract (CTI).
