Multivision is a leading IT Consulting company looking for ambitious Business Managers who want to grow professionally and contribute to the expansion of our team.
We are committed to strengthening our client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and continuously developing our existing partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and developing a portfolio of clients.
- Managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Having a broad understanding of the market and identifying new opportunities to expand our services within our clients, increasing our reach.
- Understanding our clients’ operational scope, current and future needs, and providing the best candidates for their requirements.
- Developing new business opportunities through meetings with current and potential clients.
- Negotiating the recruitment of talented consultants, supporting their career development while considering their technical growth and salary expectations.
- Building close relationships with clients, their business stakeholders, and their teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of the Portuguese market.
- Proven track record of success in sales/business development roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ambition, focus, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
