Descrição da Função
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- As part of the purchasing group based on the Procurement and Supplier Management process, will be responsible for contract management and supplier management, ensuring compliance with the standards to which the company is obliged to comply, such as ISO 9001 / 20000 and 27000, PCI, DORA, among others;
- Support for the requisitioning structure units in terms of contracting and supplier management, as well as being the interface and facilitator with the legal office, security office, data protection office, sustainability office, operational teams, and finance team;
- Ensure proper documentation and evidence are available for internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Management;
- Previous experience working with supplier management and certification processes;
- Knowledge working with Office (advanced Excel and Word) and SAP V3 will be valued;
- Ability to work under pressure, managing priorities and meeting objectives and deadlines;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Fluency in English.
