Location Almada Portugal Salary 1400$ We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Almada In this role you will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within our organization
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement changes
- Test and troubleshoot new systems or system updates to ensure proper functionality and usability
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades as needed
- Provide training and support to end users on new systems or processes
- Document all system changes updates and troubleshooting steps for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Strong understanding of computer systems and networks
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java Python or C++
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills
