Position: Customer Support for Social Media
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Language Requirements: Native or fluent German (C2)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical or account-related problems.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly communication tone with all customers.
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media and customer support.
