Als unser Sales Development Representative für den deutschsprachigen Raum bist du der erste Ansprechpartner/-innen für viele unserer Leads und zukünftigen Kunden. Du wirst die freundliche und informative Stimme von PlanRadar sein, neue Leads per E-Mail, Telefon oder über soziale Medien ansprechen und Termine für das Vertriebsteam vereinbaren. Mit der Zeit wirst du zu einem/-r Experten/-in für das Produkt und die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden. Während du mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenarbeitest, entwickelst du deinen eigenen Verkaufsstil und berücksichtigst dabei unsere verschiedenen Kundensegmente und die Ziele deines Teams.

Deine Aufgaben- Du hast Spaß daran mit potenziellen Kunden über Telefon, E-Mail und soziale Medien Kontakt aufzunehmen.
- Du hast Teamziele fest im Blick, wenn du Termine für das Verkaufsteam vereinbarst.
- Du arbeitest gern mit den Sales Consultants, um laufende strategische Ziele zu identifizieren.
- Du stellst sicher, dass der Verkaufszyklus erfolgreich durchlaufen wird, indem du genaue Informationen über Aktivitäten und Lead-Generierung in unserem CRM-System pflegst.
- Du bist motiviert, deine Quoten konsequent zu erreichen, um die Umsatzziele für deinen Markt sicherzustellen.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Daten, wenn du über Ergebnisse berichtest.
- Du bist selbstmotiviert, ehrgeizig und hast eine gewinnbringende Einstellung.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung als Sales Development Representative oder im Kundensupport gesammelt.
- Du hast den starken Wunsch, in einem B2B-Technologiebereich zu arbeiten und eine Karriere im Vertrieb oder in der Kundenentwicklung zu verfolgen.
- Du bist ein selbstbewusster Multi-Tasking-Künstler/-innen, der Prioritäten setzen und seine Zeit effektiv einteilen kann.
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
