Position Summary
The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a Campaign Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.

A day in the life of...

  1. Work with the Nestlé's brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy;
  2. HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary;
  3. Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool;
  4. Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands;
  5. Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability;
  6. Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports;
  7. Ensure campaigns' deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI's;
  8. Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.
What will make you successful
  1. Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;
  2. Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.);
  3. Knowledge of HTML or CSS;
  4. Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
  5. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
  6. Good analytical skills;
  7. Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus);
  8. Passion for the Digital Marketing field.
