Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

Responsibilities

  • Handling of Intercompany business including maintenance of prices and volumes for controlling & sales planning, creation of sales orders, invoices and return orders in alignment with plants;
  • Clarification of discrepancies in series invoices regarding warranty topics with quality and plants and creation of credit or debit notes accordingly in SAP;
  • Clearing of discrepancies in self-billing process with alignment with plants and customer groups and creation of credit or debit notes;
  • Manage customer templates for long term supplier declaration including alignment with customs manager, collection of required approvals and transfer to the customer.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Logistics;
  • Ideally between 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivables, Pricing/Sales/Sales Administration or Logistics;
  • Proficient in SAP SD and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook;
  • Mandatory proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus;
  • Strong teamwork skills with a focus on customer satisfaction;
  • High level of flexibility, organization, and ability to work independently.
