ResponsibilitiesProcessing Purchase requests and Orders.
Purchase administration.
Internal and External communication.
Reporting of supplier performance and various KPIs.
Data collection and verification of Master data.
Monitoring on-time deliveries.
Reporting on meetings and general administration.
Assisting in the setup of process definitions and standards.
Assessing discrepancies in invoices.
Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries.
You have a good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written. Dutch is a preference.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP), or willing to learn.
Commercially driven, aware of costs, and stress-resistant.
