You willwork across consulting engagements, implementation projects, and transformationinitiatives, supporting our clients from diagnosis and strategy design throughto solution implementation and operationalisation.

You willtake part in analyses, research, information gathering, interviews, and dataconsolidation, contributing to the development of diagnostics and theimplementation of recommendations that generate tangible business impact.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop quantitative andqualitative analyses to support decision-making;
• Support the structuring andexecution of project workstreams;
• Participate in interviews,discussions, and information-gathering initiatives;
• Contribute to process mappingand redesign initiatives, with a focus on efficiency and simplification;
• Help develop hypotheses foranalysis and build action plans to support implementation;
• Participate in theimplementation of solutions with clients, monitoring performanceindicators and supporting change management and the sustainable adoptionof initiatives;
• Collaborate with internal teamsand client stakeholders;
• Prepare executive-levelmaterials and presentations with clarity and objectivity;
• Ensure quality, consistency,and organisation across project deliverables.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
• Ideally, up to 4 years ofprofessional experience in business, technical, project management,strategic, or transformation-related roles;
• Strong analytical skills andstructured problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges;
• Ability to organiseinformation, interpret data, and support the development of businessrecommendations;
• Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills, including the ability to structure presentations andprepare executive-level materials;
• Ability to work effectively inteams and collaborate with different profiles and functions;
• Proactive, curious, organised,and detail-oriented profile;
• Knowledge of ArtificialIntelligence tools and their applications in a business environment.
