You will be responsible for turning customers into passionate Brand Ambassadors for this pioneering company in the leisure industry

The offer:

  • Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, Skype, and chat;
  • Maintain partnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely;
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability;
  • Record specific details & ensure actions taken on each and every case;
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs;
  • Data entry in various platforms;
  • Upselling and cross-selling techniques;
  • Ensure all clients are aware of the company's innovations;
  • Be an ambassador for the company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish;
  • Stress-resilience, flexible approach to people;
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales will be valued
