YOUR ROLE

As a Senior IT Strategy Consultant specializing in Generative AI at Capgemini with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM), your role will encompass a blend of strategic planning, technical expertise, and client advisory services. Here are some key responsibilities:

  • IT Operations Management (ITOM) Integration: Developing strategies for integrating Generative AI technologies within the IT operations framework of client organizations.
  • Framework Selection: Evaluating and recommending suitable IT frameworks that align with Generative AI solutions.
  • Vendor Selection: Conducting vendor assessments and selecting appropriate Generative AI technology vendors.
  • Strategic Planning: Creating comprehensive strategic plans for implementing Generative AI solutions within the ITOM framework.
  • Technical Expertise: Providing expert guidance on Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
  • Project Management: Leading project implementations related to Generative AI within the ITOM framework.
  • Client Advisory Services: Collaborating with clients to provide tailored advisory services on Generative AI adoption.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in Generative AI technologies.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Client-Facing Experience: Experience in engaging with clients and providing strategic advisory services.
  • Consulting Experience: Extensive experience in advisory consulting services, preferably in IT strategy and Generative AI.
  • Generative AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with Generative AI technologies.
  • IT Operations Management Background: Strong understanding of ITOM principles and processes.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Experience in aligning IT strategies with enterprise architecture.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a focus on successful project delivery.

  • Enterprise Architecture Design: Proficiency in creating enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop strategic plans for Generative AI adoption.
  • Generative AI Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Generative AI technologies.
