Perks & Compensation
- Base Salary: 920€ gross per month (14 months/year)
- Welcome Bonus: 1,000€ upfront
- Food Allowance: 7.63€ per working day
- Attendance Bonus: 45€ per month (for 11 months)
- Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential for growth
What You Will Do
- Review e-commerce platform content to maintain safety, quality, and legal compliance.
- Make fast, rational moderation decisions using your Polish market expertise.
- Review content within defined Service Level agreements and quality standards.
- Escalate complex platform issues following standard operating procedures.
What We Are Looking For
- Languages: Fluency in both Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
- Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Lisbon (on-site position; no relocation package provided).
- Availability: Full-time flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, 2 rotating days off).
- Skills: Strong decision-making, adaptability to evolving platform policies, and attention to detail.
