We are currently hiring a Senior O2C Specialist to join our global team within Finance & Accounting. The role is focused on end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations in an international business environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full O2C cycle (order management, billing, collections, reconciliation)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across AR processes
- Handle financial controls and support audit/compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams
- Monitor KPIs and support regular reporting activities
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support and mentor junior team members when required
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations
- Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of O2C processes and financial controls
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday)
- Experience in global, multi-currency environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Fluent German + advanced English (C1)
