Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

As FINANCE MANAGER (M / F), reports to the General Director and will be responsible for leading and managing the unit's financial team; developing and implementing procedures in accordance with group policies; responsible for the unit's monthly reporting and forecast; management of the unit's cash flow; supervising the accounting cycle, including monthly / annual closings; responsible for monitoring audits; implementing the internal control system; identifying and managing financial risks; ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards; and collaborating with other areas of the organization in their interconnection with the financial area.

Qualifications

WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH :

  • Genuine smile
  • Higher Education in Accounting, Finance, Management or Economics
  • Knowledge of the InforSunSystems accounting system (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in progressively more responsible roles
  • Experience in the Hospitality sector (preferred)
  • Certified accountant
  • Knowledge of IFRS (preferred)
  • Knowledge of English
  • Good communication, leadership and team management skills
  • Good resistance to stress and an evolving environment
  • Ability to manage schedules
  • Attention to detail
