We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic Salesforce delivery team responsible for developing and enhancing business-critical applications used across multiple business units.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated developer who enjoys working in a collaborative environment alongside Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components / Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design, build, and deploy Salesforce features based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Create and execute unit tests and support quality assurance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development standards.
- Support and mentor junior developers when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong knowledge of Apex.
- Experience with Visualforce (considered a strong plus).
- Solid understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration activities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.
- Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within agile and collaborative teams.
- Salesforce certifications are highly valued.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and security models.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
