THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Test Manager (TCE) for an international project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
  1. Ensure the scoping and test design of multiple projects or a Tribe.
  2. Ensure the tests execution within one or more projects, or a Tribe, in compliance with the standards.
  3. Ensure the closure activities of the tests within a project or a squad.
  4. Ensure a functional and transversal management role for the test players.
  5. Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  1. Fluency in French and English language.
  2. Minimum 8 years' experience in Test activities.
  3. Able to manage a portfolio of projects.
  4. Able to manage different test teams under his portfolio scope.
  5. Good communication skills knowing how to adapt to different stakeholders (sponsors, project managers, test leaders, developers, etc.).
  6. Risk identification and follow-up.
  7. Coordination and motivation skills.
  8. Systematic, critical, and logical thinking.
  9. Summarization capabilities.
  10. Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.
