In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for English-speaking clients, providing high-quality assistance for digital ad platforms and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.
Position Overview
- Role: Technical Customer Support - Ads Support (English Market)
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Modern campus with easy access via Oriente Station)
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 24/7 rotating shifts with schedules assigned 10 days in advance)
- Contract Type: Open-ended/Uncertain Term Contract (Foreseeable duration of 12 months, with eligibility for a permanent contract after 2 years)

Competitive Compensation
- Total Estimated Monthly Gross: €1,248.33 / month (based on a standard 22-working-day month)
- Base Salary: €938.00
- Pro-rated Holiday Allowance: €78.17 / month
- Pro-rated Christmas Allowance: €78.17 / month
- Meal Allowance: €154.00 / month tax-free (€7.00/day on a prepaid meal card)
- Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month based on productivity and KPIs

- Paid Onboarding: 15 working days (8 hours/day) compensated at €18.56 / day (fully exempt from social security taxes)
