Do you have C1/C2 level in French and enjoy helping customers? Join a customer service team in Braga and support users of a digital employee benefits platform.
Your role
- Answer customer questions about the app via inbound calls
- Assist with account setup, account management, and balance enquiries
- Explain platform features and help resolve customer issues
- Refer complex cases to the appropriate team when needed
What we offer
- Monday-to-Friday schedule
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00
- Weekends off
- Hybrid work opportunity
What we're looking for
- C1/C2 level in French
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Currently residing in Portugal, within 50 km of Braga
- EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal
