About The Role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service professional fluent in Italian and English to join our team in Porto. This on-site role operates on a 24/7 rotative shift schedule. Night shifts (22:00 to 07:00) are typically covered occasionally due to a small night shift team. Candidates must be aware of and comfortable with this rotation.
Location: Porto, Portugal

Requirements
- Fluent, verbal and written, in Italian.
- C1 level English proficiency.
- Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.
- Background in healthcare or technical support is a plus.
- Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.
- High problem-solving and priority skills.
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
- Stress management capabilities.
- Good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
- Active listening and empathy to solve client's issues.
Benefits
