Unity Developer - Almada, Portugal (Remote)
We are seeking a skilled Unity Developer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing game functionality, translating design ideas and concepts into a functional game, and collaborating with the development team to ensure smooth and efficient integration with other game components.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality games using the Unity engine
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Collaborate with artists and designers to implement game features and mechanics
- Optimize game performance for different platforms
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the gaming industry
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in C# programming language and experience with the Unity engine
- Strong understanding of game development processes and workflows
- Experience working on at least one published mobile or PC game
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Passion for video games and staying current with industry trends
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: This is a remote position based in Almada, Portugal. Candidates from any nationality or location are welcome to apply.
