Must-Have:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, with around 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in development, maintenance, administration, and support
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, including both Model-driven Apps and Canvas Apps
- Solid experience with Power Automate, designing and maintaining automated workflows and business processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including the development and maintenance of solutions based on Dataverse
- Proven experience designing, developing, maintaining, and extending Power Platform solutions in large enterprise environments
- Experience working with large Power Platform tenants and supporting solutions used by large user populations
- Experience with Power Platform administration, including platform configuration, environment management, and day-to-day operational support
- Experience managing incidents and service requests through IT service management tools, ensuring timely investigation and resolution
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate application issues, bugs, and platform-related incidents
- Experience working with Microsoft Support to investigate and resolve complex Power Platform issues
- Ability to support the daily operation and continuous maintenance of enterprise Power Platform environments
- Proven ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong spoken and written English, as English is the working language across the team and with customers
Would be great if you have:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
- Experience working with very large Power Platform tenants, particularly environments supporting 40,000+ users
- Experience working in highly complex enterprise environments with large-scale user bases
- Previous experience in the insurance sector
- Experience with enterprise-scale Power Platform governance, administration, and operational support
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for Power Platform solutions and services
- Academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (valued)
