We’re looking for a PNL Controller (junior)
Who We're Looking For:
Professional Experience & Main Tasks
- Produce and validate official Economic P&L figures and related P&L explanations (market moves, new deals, etc.)
- Investigate discrepancies between Front Office predictions and official P&L
- Analyze and review Risk-based Market P&L versus P&L Explain
- Perform hedge accounting controls for Finance and Front Office teams
- Support liquidity and rate effect analysis across ALMT perimeters
- Collaborate closely with Front Office for P&L sign-off processes
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Maintain strong ethics, professionalism, and stakeholder relationships
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Financial Markets products and environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
